I'd vote no. On average, results of reverse split are poor. Has been abused by a lot of development stage or struggling companies to offset effects of Reg S/heavily discounted convertible placements, especially when shares outstanding approach max allocated. Enough investors have enough of a distase for reverse splits, that they will exit. Others, fearing selling pressure form others who hold this belief will
exit regretfully. Kind of a self fulfilling thing.

I think meeting EPS projections and an FDA approval will be the right way to propell TRIBY consistantly over $3.00 IMHO Scott
