I agree...It does seem strange. One would expect that to discourage stalking someone is on ignore that they could not recommend their posts. Ditto, if banned from a thread.

That person that you are referring to stalks this thread all the time. And I am real sure that he is looking for one of us to post something that he might use to make a TOU complaint to management about.
