" ... to post something that he might use to make a TOU complaint to management about." Wouldn't surprise me in the least. I've got "26" of his "persuasion" on my "Ignore/Switched Off" list. It makes for a far better "view" when I visit that board not to have to see an accumulation of irrelevant "garbage" on my screen. In the early days I tried to discuss/debate matters with them, but it's a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. The majority of them have been so "brainwashed" that it's like communicating with a brick wall ..... so I've given them ALL up "as a bad job" ......
