Perhaps that is Sullivan's ultimate gambit: Get Trump to pardon Flynn, which Sullivan probably thinks would be exceedingly bad politics on Trump's part. I hope my Doubting Thomas analysis is wrong. It's easy enough to read the Fokkers case and conclude that Flynn is in the clear. He's not, not yet, anyway.
