Pubo,
Why is it that South Korea(1/5th our population) has 300 deaths and we have close to 100,000 even though we both reported the first case at the same time?
Because #orangemanbad . It couldn't be because of the following:

- Korea has had more experience dealing with pandemics.

- Limited ports of entry into Korea. (This is actually huge.)

- A very well-connected population where even those living in the most remote rural areas have the latest smartphones.

- Less concerns about privacy than here (though there are concerns, to be sure).

- A less lawsuit-happy society.

- A culture that generally understands societal responsibility.

- People who get infected are shamed because it's assumed that the person did something wrong, rather than simply getting unlucky.
