John, I do not agree with your statement concerning press releases that just let investors know the company is alive. I think fluff pieces can do more harm than good. If a company is doing well, why release empty statements. I think it is better until you have solid news that you are allowed to release.

As far as this quarter- I expect around 1-1.5 million in Y2K revenue. Considering two conference calls ago, they said that they would have none, and the last conference call they said they would have some, but it would not really register until the third quarter, I don't think it is making excuses for the company to look towards the third quarter.

Now, I certainly don't expect TPRO to make it to the 40s, but I would not mind. However, your exit point of 6+ in the time frame you mentioned seems to me to be too early. On the other hand, based on your comments, you really think that this management is shit. I could not disagree more, but if that is your belief, I understand your desire to exit this stock.

My only request is that we keep the discussions moving forward. I know that everybody who reads this thread understands your views. While I disagree with you, I respect your opinion. However, how many times can you hammer a nail. After a while, you start to break the wood.

Best wishes,
Dan
