Hi Ted and All!

My name is Judy Ryon and I have begun working in the Investor Relations capacity, to get the story of RFID Systems Corporation out to the investing public. We will be aggressively pursuing the brokerage community and getting the strong analyst recommendation in front of them.

In the report by David V. Jackson CFA, he states:

"We recommend the purchase of the common shares of RFID Systems Corporation for prospects of exceptional capital appreciation. There are very few occasions in the investment arena, when the current market price of a stock bears absolutely no resemblance to the most conservative evaluation of the future prospects for a company. RFID Systems Corporation appears to be just such a company, in our opinion.". "We believe the shares of RFID are capable of trading at $5 a share in the ensuing 12 months. Over a full five year holding period, the shares have a potential value of approximately $40 per share"

Important changes since the beginning of this forum include a complete revamping of management to include well respected Silicon Valley veterans: Patric O'Hearn, President and CEO, John Carlisle, Executive VP of Sales & Marketing amd William Pittman, VP of Engineering. Corporate head offices are now in Silicon Valley.

A very strong and well researched 5 year business plan is now in place, as a blueprint for the company's growth and success.

The focus of RFID's technology is a line of proprietary applications for computer security which RFID anticipates becoming the de facto standard in the industry.

If you would like a copy of the analyst report (11 pages) please email me at jryon@axionet.com and I'll send a copy to you.

I'll monitor this forum regularly, update with progress, and answer any questions.
