What is the saddest yet is that Presidents have very few domestic powers. Short of declaring marshall law, there is little a President can do to control internal policies.

And the saddest thing of all? Idiotic mentally challenged fools who went to schools like Berkeley and other California public brainwash academies, do not know enough constitutional law to realize that.
