Rich,

Good watchdog job!

I'm going to assume that this isn't the good news that we were told to expect a while back.

Increasing working capital deficiency. Continuing operating losses. Potential of curtailing activities if things don't go as planned. Short sales and exotic option activities by the "REG. S/D guys". Chapter 7 liquidation warnings of who gets what.

I think I warned that the Preferred boys got the gold mine (such as it is) and the common shareholders got the shaft.

Certainly they aren't saying all these things will happen, but the corporate butt is being covered just in case. Shareholders are now duly warned.

I guess however much bad stuff I say on the boards isn't as bad as what the reality of the situation (in NTN's own words) turns out to be.

Note that at $7/8 the dilution is over 10 million shares. How about at $3/4 or $1/2.

REG.M is probably explained at EDGAR somewhere. Hope it helps to warn those boys, but I doubt it. I said at the start that they're a lot smarter than Sokol, haven't seen anything to change my mind yet.

Dwight
