Dana,

Thanks for the reassurance in the matter of the Nasdaq requirement changes. I have read that many, many hundreds of companies will be delisted. Nasdaq is attempting to maintain a higher caliber of clientele. The more stringent listing requirements should bode well for many investors. It should level the entire Nasdaq playing field and decrease the burden on the already over-taxed Nasdaq Quotron System.

Your mention of OncoMedix, Inc. (NewCo) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of AccuMed International, Inc. indicates the Sakura joint venture is not presently completed.

Thanks for finally setting us all straight on the new name. It had been difficult to definitively ascertain (what it was) by hearing it via the tele-conference. Ie., OncoMetrics, OncoMedics....OncoMedix

Please keep us informed of the outcome of the Nasdaq - January 29th
meeting and the finalization date of the joint venture with Sakura.

How's the cutting and pasting of the conference call coming along?<g>

Frank

BTW: Sigmund - I will have to agree with you that the level of questions during the recent conference call were rather low level. I do feel that some of those questions were from shareholders. My feeling was that some of the answers to their questions could have perhaps been avoided had they read this board.
