On Noverber 21, 1998 an SEC form 13D was filed by Voyager Management.

My posting #1405 gave the internet address of the form as filed with the SEC. Read it if you have not already done so, it is pretty much self explanatory.

At this point, I don't think much is going on, other than a warning shot being fired across the bow of the good ship Xecom.
