I didn't call it Bush recession, you call it.
It's Bush who didn't stick his "read my lisp, no new taxes" promise and bowed to democrat congress, so he shared the responsibility. That's why he was blamed for the 92 recession by the voters. I think the democrats were thrown out of the congress in 94 because of the balooning deficit.
