Just checked out the latest weeks reports and noted that 2 shareholders (I'm assuming it's Cal counted in two different transactions) did register the actual sale (Form 4) of 160,000 total shares that had been previously registered as an intent to sell.
Well, now that THAT'S over, can we move on to more substantive announcements from the company? I find it disconcerting that we still haven't heard anything from the company since Lev joined on. Either it's extremely bullish, as the company is under a very tight "gag order" to not talk, or there's nothing to report on. Mid Feb will tell all. At this point, any drift in price on low volume doesn't concern me. If we see the volume pick up, then we better watch out, positive or negative, although I can't see how it can get any lower from here considering that its all-time low is $1.50 at the absolute bottom of their lifespan. I see low to mid $4s as being support until we get any news. $5.25 is clearly resistance. If we could only get a gap up ijn price on good news, we'll be cruising from here!
