Also, I would guess Sanofi is building cash for some *smaller* acquisition target. Probably cancer field is a target!
At the company valuation strain this is a good moment for REGN, still big chunk of cash is going to *waste*!!!

In addition, it does smell somehow, $REGN is going into *domestic* hand, down the road! Len is CLEANING house!
