Ga Bard: After reading your post, would it be right to say that instead of investing in MIDL it would be better to invest in MIDLP.

Now MIDL =.5 c
If I get MIDLP then AMSC for MIDL is $6.00/35 which is .33 c.

Now come Oct. ...

Even if MIDL is .5 c

For me to go in a loss on MIDLP the MIDLP has to go under

.5*35 which is $1.75 a share.
