John, My understanding is that they recently acquired a shell, and the existing ranges reflect the previous company stock activity. Yahoo shows their recent news releases. The fact that it is a fully (Edgar) reporting company is the only reason why I got into this bulletin board stock. That shows me they are not afraid of disclosure. The management has their target set on achieving Nasdaq small-cap listing sometime in '98. That and $3.5 will get you a cup of Starbuck's coffee. Frank
