To all, and you too Henry We became shareholders in Oct.94, and have since accumulated a tidy sum, perhaps more than advisable. All seemed to be progressing nicely and we cheerily attended the annual meeting in Vancouver in April, 96. Since then, it's been down hill. The first groin blow was a slanderous article which appeared in the Vancouver newspaper which attacked Jimmy John's ethical charater. This was closely followed by the Alberta action to halt trading of NAXOF. This was followed by a liable law- suit filed against the author of the slanderous newspaper article. After a period of time, we were consoled by the vigorous effort an the part of management to become listed on the NASDAQ. And, in my humble opinion, the most damaging blow to Naxos' credibility was the advent of this thread...continuous rumor-mill. So, Henry and "all", my questions are (1) What ever happened to Jimmy Johns law suit? (2) What is the status with the Alberta Exchange and (3) Is there any serious effort to be listed on the Nasdaq? The lady is 120% right...you can not "trade" Naxos when you have to deal with a bunch of ethicially questionable market makers. I know the answer to my not-asked 4th question, you don't get rid of the thread...Satan's work is never done. And finally, this prose comes from Donna's husband "Jim", not Donna. Good luck to us all, we need it. |
