Tim, My take on this is that Slick Willy probably put his nose rather close to her famous perfumed neck, but will say that he did not inhale the sublime fragrence emanating therefrom. There seems to be a clear split in opinion on this issue--Males vote "Guilty as charged", and foolish and indescrete, and all would have done it differently and never been caught. Females believe that it is those "damn conservatives" out to get the poor boy. Wonder what the gender indifferent age split is on this. Bet the older ones find guilty and the younger? Old Male, Jack
