I remember that storm.
It was pretty awesome.
One thing I remember from those Montreal winters
Was when kids would wait for a vehicle to go by
And run out and grab the back bumper
And go sliding down the street.
The delivery drivers with no windows
In the back doors of their vans
Used to get furious if they saw you grabbing on.
They would watch for kids hanging around stops signs
Hoping to grab onto a bumper.
Looking back, it seems insanely dangerous
But it seemed hilarious back then.
