Our founders put into the Constitution majority rule (the VP casts a vote when there's a tie) but we all know this ended when we elected our first black president. Now, it takes 10 people from the other party to get anything done and of course republicans do everything in their power to ensure this never happens. Btw, when has McCarty ever told the truth? He went to law school but never became a lawyer. It looks like he can't pass the bar.
