With Mr. Teos owning approximately 10% of the outstanding stock, you would think that he is working with management to implement something that would increase the stock valuation. With excess cash, a stock buyback or a merger would certainly be a possibility. Another is to position CRUS as a buyout candidate. The survivors in this business will be those who merge to increase value overall (eg, Compaq and Digital). There are many possibilities out there for a merger that would create a positive synergism (TI,INTC,IBM etc.) Mr. Teos average stock purchase price must be around $12-14/share and I don't believe that an investor of his stature plans on losing money. Any comments?
