This does not effect HEC. They are well south of these problems and at the moment we are only concerned with whether they discover enough oil to make the stock rise. Once significant discovery is made there will be plenty of time to decide if their pipeline, which has yet to be built, is exposed to such activity. We are probably 2-3yrs. off from such a concern. First they need to find oil. This should be the investment focus at the moment. However, if HEC finds 1-10Billion no one will care if you discount it by 10% the stock still goes up big time.
