Rav, I have been deeply researching this stock for MONTHS. This one has all the characteristics of what most people state they want it a stock. The warrants are a great momentum play for this stock. However once the price of the common goes to $2.50 and holds there or higher for ten trading days you have those ten trading days to excercise the warrants before the company has the right I repeat they can if they want to recall the warrants and pay .05 for each warrant. Now if you excercise the warrant you get a stock at $2.50 IF it is not continuing to climb for $1.00 for a 1.5 times the value. This is why I state it is a momentum play.

The warrants allow you to buy one share of MIDL for $1.00. The warrant float is 2.7M approx.

Thanks
