If you are serious in wondering about evidences of carbon 14 in outer reaches of viewed universe, read "Return from Tomorrow", by George Ritchie and Elisabeth Sherrill
Ritchie is a medical doctor, who went on to become a psychiatrist, after dying, having an "out of body" experience in which he met Jesus, and then being restored to life again.
Jesus let him see some interesting things, including what seemed like a library of books, the collected wisdom of the planets. Other planets, not earth. The wisdom of planet earth was in a book in the collection he saw, but it was a very small book, compared to the others.
