One of the first ques. of course is when they have targeted to file, especially in light of the Notice of Proposed Rule Change re non-reporting cos. being banished from the OTCBB (see FTJOE's post to me today). If they want continued visibility and tradability, they'll report - IMHO. The second question is what is the current share breakdown; INCLUDING all preferred convertibles? Although the financing of the SOFTBANK deal was not disclosed, it may become evident from the share breakdown. I think going there may be more beneficial than not, but I'm not sure if it's more than just an office. But, if I remember Peter Lynch saying in one of his books, that it still helps to see an operation regardless. It helps to see seemingly simple things such as whether they're putting investor money into nice furnishings or into the Co., etc. I know your email is "unlisted", but please email me with a way to get in touch with you, if you want -- I may have a lot more detail behind these areas.
