MN governor just explained that the state does not have the resources to deal with the situation.
Not enough police, state troopers or national guardsmen.
If other states follow suit, the next level of response is an order of magnitude greater.
Or the next level of disorder may become an order of magnitude greater.
Not a "win/win" kinda place to be.
