Archie,

If $4 million was held back for 3Q rebates isn't this still way to low
4,000,000 / 50 = 80,000 zips. Iomega probably sold between 700,000
and 800,000 zips during 3Q. This number may be way off but they definately sold way more than 80,000. What about all the rebates over the 80,000. These will charged off against Iomega's Acc Receivables.
Hence the asset side of the balance sheet will erode. I figure that
Iomega can tweak the numbers and come in at either .07 or .08. They could just front load a large number of rebates into 4Q.

But as someone mentioned on this board, it may cause KE to say that
4Q will be "challenging" as well.(due to the excess rebates being shifted into 4Q. It's interesting that IOMG's eps for 3Q has came down from .14(90 days ago) now down to .06. I can't figure out if analysts are undercutting or overcutting though for their own purposes. Would like all spins -
