A new Washington Post-ABC News poll finds Joe Biden leading Donald Trump in the presidential race, 53% to 43%.

“That 10 percentage-point margin compares with what was a virtual dead heat between the two candidates two months ago, when Biden was at 49% and Trump 47%.”

“Among Trump backers, 87% say they are enthusiastic about supporting him and 64% are ‘very enthusiastic.’ Among Biden supporters, 74% say they are enthusiastic about backing him, with 31% saying they are ‘very enthusiastic.'
