yeah right all the inner city kids would behave themselves, go to school ., do their homework and have theur fathers come back to live with them. you live in a fantasy world. you ever deal with REAL inner city blacks ? no you haven't and if you were a cop that has maybe you would understand. you are dealing with subhuman savages day in day out. there's no sanity dealing with them
