Scenario:
1) Past year has been tense for all employees and officiers, due to money problems, i.e. vendors not getting paid, employee checks bouncing, sales droping
2) Landlord presents an eviction notice
3) Owners lock the doors
4) Of course all employee are sent home. Not knowing if they have a job to come back to
5) Communications have been severed. Investors/traders buying and selling an shell of a business
6) Investors finally get wind of whats going on, or else take their losses and move on
7) Stock price plummets back to a penny, maybe
8) Owners desperately trying to find an investor or additional funds, so they can reopen
9) Some miracle happens and they find some rent money, maybe a month or two later, else they go to bankruptcy court and they get a repreve(sp?)
10) Ok, they are ready to start-up, business as usual? I don't think so.
11) Vendors are totally pissed and employees have found employment elsewhere.
12) My opinion is that they are calling venture capitalist, around the globe, looking for assistance. By the way what happened to Capital? Where are the rest of the dollars that they promised?
13) Any bets, whether they reopen or not?
