Please, Michael. Get a grip. As a lawyer with very substantial experience in '33 and '34 Act matters, I advise you that you need one. Only a complete idiot would trade on the inside, and complete idiots don't pack enough cash to make any difference at all. Except for once in a blue moon, it just doesn't happen. Those with the information and the cash have the status, income, professional status, and brains not to do it.
