Q2. Ok if you buy a share of common for $1.00 and the stock is selling for $2.50 then you make 1.5 times your investment the second you excercise the warrant.

Don't forget to include the price that you paid for the warrant when you are figuring av. cost of the common stock that you end up with after you have exercised the warrant. (price of 1 warrant + $1.00 = your cost for 1 share common stock)

It can get weird when you try to figure out whether to exercise the warrant to common or just sell it as is.
