Some people claim to own RMIL but don't! This may be the case here!

For this person to transfer the securities from his account into yours is a simple matter. All that is needed is for the party transferring the shares into your account is a notarized letter to his broker from him (them) with your account information and transfer instruction. This is how I transfered 5,600 RMIL shares from my account into that of another person that I bought them for. After the transfer was completed, I ordered them in NAME form for them also, and yes they were issued in name form to this person during the SEC halt! At the time this person had no brokerage account, and opened one later. If your account is at his (their) brokerage house, then this process takes 24 hours to complete, and in fact a fax copy of the notarized letter is all I use to do this!

The fact that RMIL is not trading does not affect this or any other actions (Calling Cert's, etc.) from happening! Those who tell you otherwise are flat out feeding you a LIE!
