If I were president and declared an emergency I'd have had a plan. So, something like this.

On day 1, every person leaving an airplane from China or Europe would be tested.
On day 2, every person in a nursing home would be tested (workers and employees).
On day 3, every person in the military would be tested.
On day 4, every senior center and healthcare workers would be tested.
On day 5, every kid in school, every teacher, every person working with children would be tested.

This would continue until every person is tested.

Masks would be given away free at every Walmart in every city and everyone would be asked to wear one....not the cheap masks, I'd have ordered hundreds of millions.

Now, we can disagree on what's best to do, but this idiot did nothing.
