Whoa Mo,

There's a lot of exaggeration here (at the bottom of course). The fact is that they are still THE help-desk software company - nothing has changed that. They are in transition, and their new products are solid. I think they'll turn it around sooner than anyone thinks.

RMDY could recover to 20 here, but no more than that.
