Getting back on-topic here are some dividend payers I acquired last two weeks:

AMNF @ $2.25/share 4.8% yield
UBPPK @ $21.37/share 6.6% yield can be called at PAR $25 in 10/2024 so annual return if Called is 11%
UBA several Buys between $10.25-$13.50 avg yield 8%
KRO @ $9.88/share 7.3%
EMR several Buys avg $56/share 3.5% yield
WY @ 18.97/share 7.2% yield
WEC several Buys avg cost $83.50/share 3.1% yield
T @ $28.21/share 7.4% yield
CTL several Buys between $8.85/share - $9.95/share 10% yield
STLD @ $24.95 4% yield
AHTpG @ $4.67/share 39% yield . .spec buy only 50 shares
LXP @ 9.25/share 4.5% yield got in below their secondary
STAG @ 25.78/share 5.6% yield

also added to my miner/metals basket
AUY several Buys avg cost $4.95/share 1% div yield
LUNMF several Buys avg cost $4.85/share 2.3% yield This is a copper miner

Getting some of my cash reserve invested. Sitting on almost 12% cash and/or in Bond/Treasury funds at Vanguard. All Portfolios almost back to January 2020 high level (close to 97% after being down 35%)

Have almost doubled my annual dividend income w/ several Buys of preferreds in March and more REITs in early May.

Still think interest rates go lower and perhaps negative.
