" .... with population growth (you know, food)"

Yes, I do know "food", and I think I can actually, believe it or not, conclude the relationship of the two highlighted items above.

And furthermore I'm not telling you what to buy or sell, what not to buy or sell, when to buy or sell it, when not to buy or sell it.

What I did was to present the CURRENT Financial Fundamental FACTS of this company and the relationship of those CURRENT FACTS with the price performance of that company, and very likely the Dividend payment decisions to be made by the directors of that company, based, to a large extent, on how much of the company's Total Revenue finally reaches the Bottom Line of that company's Income Statement.

What you wish to do, or not wish to do, with that information is entirely up to you, and it's your business.

" ... to pay for the input materials (COGS), pay the interest on its debt"

It may have enough gross Revenue to pay its CoGS, but its Debt Expense has resulted in a Loss even at its Earnings Before Tax level for the last 4 Years and in its last Quarter, which in turn resulted in the company's ongoing Bottom Line losses ..... MLP's may not be too concerned about losing money on an ongoing basis.
