AFTER the judge accepted the guilty plea, he EXPLICITLY that he DID NOT understand the facts and had not established a basis for the guilty plea. The DOJ is being nice to Sullivan by giving him a chance to back out of the case before they publicize his incompetence. Flynn did not lie to the FBI. That has been well established. Even the FBI and DOJ people who were persecuting him admitted it privately. Tom
