Gotta be pretty depressing to know you (helped) strangled somebody, setting off days of civil unrest.
If I were him, I'd plea guilty to murder three and publicly apologize for the whole thing. Doesn't matter if no one will accept my apology.

As for the other officers, I don't know what should happen to them, other than firing them. If "systemic racism" exists in the police department, then these officers can claim to be just "following orders."
