Bob, unfortunately we didn't get much in details from the speech but it appears they are being disseminated anyway, CALSTART has a report from Associated Press outlining the incentives for efficient cars, especially noting fuel cell cars. We'll see what the next few days and the budget brings... I'm going to check the White House website. Regards
