John, it is not the insiders that Michael refers to, it is the barber that heard a word, the cook in the cafeteria that heard the CFO' exclamation or lack thereof, the valet parking boy catching a phrase between two executives getting out to lunch, or as in Sabrina, the Chaufeur. It is not unusual, nor particularly nefarious to see prior to announcements a move in the stock in anticipation of such announcements. The lack of any move indicates to Michael (and to me as well) that something might be rotten in the Kingdom of Denmark. The SEC cannot stop the stench from being carried by the wind and for those watching, even just the mood of the executives, to come to the correct conclusions.
