Well if there was any doubt about the fact we're not in Kansas anymore it was removed this weekend. About three weeks ago at a Sam's club we paid like 5.99 or 6 dollars a pound for top sirloin. This past Friday night we paid 11.99 a pound with a limit of 3 items. Now add the weird weather from Saturday and Saturday night like a severe thunderstorm moving at 20 MPH and producing hail along with several small tornado's to a squall line an hour behind and moving at 50 to 60 MPH .. just strange stuff. All thanks to a tropical storm 500 miles away.

One can't keep one's head in the sand for fear of loosing one's body .. lol.
