The stock will start going up when the institutions start buying.
Mr Ahola was making observations on the instutitional postions I posted but he only had about 5% of the of the instutitional postions.
There was another 20 pages of institutional postions that I didn't post. If you notice I just posted the largest postions and others of interest. The cumulative postions would show a mass exodus out of Cymer during the forth quarter but they are already out.

The real questions now are...
1. Has Someone has been sitting on the bid @ 15 and is it Fidelity and or Applegate.
2. Is the stock just floating because the selling pressure has dried up.
3. Or does the market know something that no one else on the Cymer thread knows (ie.. Asian Crisis would destroy semi-conductor stocks during the fall of 1997)
