1) Please break out the revenue & net income derived from RECURRING, CONTINUING OPERATIONS and from NONRECURRING INCOME ITEMS. When is revenue recognized?

2) For 1997, how much CFO (cash flow from operations) were generated from FAMH & from Myriad?

3) How was the Myriad deal structured (purchase method or pooling of interests method)?

4) How long was the credit line extended to Famh? At what rate? And with what "concern"?

5) What happened in the fourth quarter with respect to EPS (loss of approximately .02)?
