Rich,

Are you forgetting that over half of the $7M financing went to GTech? Shouldn't be included in net worth figures.

I've seen numbers showing negative net worth.

As far as an upfront management goes, I don't think that I've seen anyone who defends the company mention too much of what was in the filing. Most of what NTN tells those defenders to report here and at other boards is that things are wonderful and only going to get better and better. I also suspect that a perusal of filings from the Downs' tenure would find a lot more information of this nature. They were crooks, but not stupid. I take that back, they were stupid.

However it wasn't being broadcast to anyone who didn't know how to go find it for themselves as you do. And this board was a cheerleading central when I got here.

I seem to remember that the word out of the company at the time of the financing was that these guys were long term investors and were certainly not shorting the stock.

Now suddenly that has changed to the point where they need to be threatened with REG.M violations.

I'm sure that REG.M is another impotent SEC REG. that means nothing to people who are operating offshore and behind closed doors.

I do agree with the $.50 projection. But I fail to see how that helps anyone who held on to the stock at $2.00 plus because they were told to ignore negative people like me who were lying about the financing.

Or at $3, $4, $5 when similar things were said.

Not mad at you, sorry for venting.

Standard disclaimer that this is all my opinion and I have no inside information as to the ongoing operations at NTN, nor am I trying to influence anyone as to their investment in NTN securities. But I will match my analysis against Sokols hype, and his attornies can kiss my ass.

Dwight (now I feel much better)
