Philip- I would tend to agree with your assessment. I based my estimates purely on a return to recent highs for the stock.... anything above my range will be a bonus... I'm watching this quarter and I will revise my estimates as required. As for roaches coming out... not very likely. I've got the Raid locked and loaded just in case! Regards, Tech Master P.S.
