If you feel that you are depressed sitting at home, you might just as well multiply that by 10 if you have to spend time in a care home. It is a bad purgatory for the deranged. A difficult place to be in the best of times.
90 percent are in there because they have little hope of life. Life is done. Depressed. The places are almost always dominated by the demented.
