The market likes the OPES deal, even though the LOI is non-binding and no financial statements have been disclosed yet. OPES almost hit $15.00 this morning. The connection with Beyond Meats is a plus. I have never been in a BurgerFi, so I can't comment on the overall concept. Edit: I just checked their website and they have one location in the Chicago area. The SPACs announcing deals at this point may be getting some draft from the success of SPCE, DKNG and NKLA. An important note: I generally focus on the negatives when looking at SPAC deals. Feel free to heavily discount my negativity.
