Kim:
Thank you for addressing me in one of your recent posts. My questions, however, were as follows:

1.) In your estimation, what is the likelihood that J/L will be awarded world wide patent rights? Is Naxos waiting for this to fall in place? Any word how long this process might take?

2.) In the draft agreement between Naxos and Johnson/Lett, why does Jimmy John receive the voting proxy of the 10 million shares owned by J/L? If there is a concern about too much voting power in one voting block, why not just give J/L preferred, i.e., non voting shares? Is it in the best interest of the share holders to concentrate so much voting power with one person?

Thank you.

Kurt
