Gary.You have wrapped it all up. Just to
be complete let us add the court cases
by three former Principles of companies that were fraudulently(according to these Principles)
lured into the UMSI fold.
What I just cannot understand is why
UMSI management is obviously hiding from
their stockholders by not fulfilling their promises of producing early financials or breaking their silence by issuing information that would give us a fair idea what is going on.
The fact that they also did not call Gene when
they promised to do so,is a further sign
of their indifference.

They cannot state we have antagonized
the firm's chances of raising funds by suspicions we have raised , since
it only would have taking them a few minutes
to set the record straight if we were wrong.
As long as they prefer not to counter our
queries,we must assume they are not far from
the truth.
Mr. Baker: talk to us!
